Purchase notes

Open the purchase, or use the note icon on its row, and click Add note. Write up to 2,000 characters and Save note.

A note cannot be edited or deleted, so add a new one if something changes. A note changes no status and no billing.

A warning with the note count sits next to the purchase number. Hover or click to read.

Before unloading or processing, Read the purchase notes first shows the notes. Click I have read and understood. Don't show again for this purchase stops it repeating; a new note asks again.

The purchase card and the detail page work the same way.

Notes on the purchase lists every note, and who confirmed and when. Before the latest note means that person has not seen your newest note yet.
