Order details
One window for each order: the summary, its full history, notes between you and your warehouse, and attached documents.
Summary
The order at a glance.
- You
What it shows
Open an order and pick Summary: the store, when the warehouse received it, the price, the customer, the ship-to address, the order's shipments with carrier and tracking, and its documents with the Work Order.
Fix the ship-to address
Until the order ships.
- You
Edit Shipping Address
The pencil on the Ship to card opens Edit Shipping Address. Change it and click Save Address. You and your warehouse can both do this until the order ships, and every change is recorded in History.
History
Who did what, and when.
- Automatic
Order Activity
History lists every event: imports, stock allocated, status changes, assignments, labels, edits. Each entry shows who did it and when, and a label shows where it came from: Marketplace sync, File import, Carrier tracking or Automatic.
Notes
Between you and your warehouse.
- You
Add a note
Use Note on the order's row, type it and click Add Note. A note from you goes to the warehouse as a Depot Note; a note from the warehouse comes to you as a Store Note. Both show on Shipments too.
Documents
Invoices, slips, customs forms.
- You
Upload
The paperclip on the order's row opens Upload document: pick the Type (Invoice, Packing slip, Customs form, Bill of Lading or Other) and choose the file. The warehouse can preview and print it from Shipments. Uploads and deletions stop once the order has shipped.
